Great press release today from the NWMLS. Reports include that volume of pending sales was up more than 35 percent, representing the best December since 2006. Also indicated is the affordability is very favorable and listing your home now rather than in the spring to take advantage of the reduced inventory, low interest rates and tax credits is a smart move.
